How soon will my order ship?

Orders ship out once a week. However, depending on what day you order is placed, it could be scheduled to go out with the next week's batch. And became I do not have control over the postal service, exact dates of arrival are unknown to me until the order is shipped. So please budget for 2-3 weeks for your item to get to you. If you think you will need to change the destination of your package - ie you are moving or traveling - within that time frame, I urge you to wait to order until you know the address is reliable. If you are in need of a rush order, please contact me over email BEFORE placing your order, and we can work out whether  it will be possible. Rush orders are subject to additional shipping cost.

All orders are hand printed, cut, signed, and packaged by me, Megan. So I really appreciate your patience.

 

Shipping Prices & Foreign Orders

INTERNATIONAL - Many countries collect customs/duties for international purchases, so please review your country's international customs policies as this shop is not responsible for the payment of those duties and fees

My Order was Delayed or Lost in the Mail

Once the package has been shipped, it is in the control of USPS and I can only track it using the same tracking number given on your recipe. If it is showing major delays, you can request an inquiry at missingmail.usps.com.

If the package is not located after the inquiry, please message me. All costumers are eligible for a full refund at their discretion or the discretion of shop owner. However, if a new order is desired, DOMESTIC customers are offered one (1) replacement order free of additional charge. INTERNATIONAL customers are offered one (1) replacement order at the cost of additional shipping. If for some reason the replacement order is lost or damaged, the customer will be offered a refund minus the actual cost of shipping

 

My order was Damaged in the Mail

If your item has been damaged in the mail, please contact me through email. If possible, include photos of the damaged art, so I can identify the problems with the packaging. In these circumstances, all costumers are eligible for a full refund at their discretion or the discretion of shop owner. However, if a new order is desired, DOMESTIC customers are offered one (1) replacement order free of additional charge. INTERNATIONAL customers are offered one (1) replacement order at the cost of additional shipping. If for some reason the replacement order is lost or damaged, the customer will be offered a refund minus the actual cost of shipping.

 

Do you sell Digital Versions of your art?

To protect the intellectual property of my art, I do not sell digital versions of my prints. Regardless of this fact, it is not the printing paper that makes the art cost what it does.
I offer worldwide shipping and sales are happening all the time! Do be on the look out for the next big deal!

 

Do you take Commissions?

I am currently taking spots on my waiting list, starting in early spring! If you would like to be added, please message me and we can discuss further details!

As a *very general* idea for price and deadline - art can take anywhere from 3-6+ weeks to finish, and you can expect the art to cost you *about* 10X a similar sized print in my shop. Unless specified in the contract, at your discretion, I retain the rights to print and sell any commissioned art work.

 

Holiday Orders, Sales, and Specials

I do participate in the Black Friday - Cyber Monday sales weekend!
All orders placed before the end of November will ship out by the first week of December. Any orders placed in December are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas - so order early!

 

When will listings be renewed?

All currently listing are being renewed regularly. Items are renewed at least once a month within the first two weeks of the month. If it is still missing after this time period, check back one a week for updates. And don't worry - no item is gone forever!
If you would like to be notified when the items are renewed, message me with your email and I can add you to my monthly newsletter. All those on the mailing list will be first to know when items are back up!
