Shipment Dates

As a small  business, we ship out orders once a week in batches. However, do to unpredictable circumstances in scheduling, this may not always be the case. All orders will be sent and delivered within the mailing window listed on the order. Early shipping cannot be guaranteed and will be subjected to additional handling and shipping costs.

My Order was Delayed or Lost in the Mail

Once the package has been shipped, it is in the control of USPS and we can only track it using the same tracking number given on your recipe. If it is showing major delays, you can request an inquiry at missingmail.usps.com.

If the package is not located after the inquiry, please email megan.rnp@gmail.com. All costumers are eligible for a full refund at their discretion or the discretion of shop owner. However, if a new order is desired, DOMESTIC customers are offered one (1) replacement order free of additional charge. INTERNATIONAL customers are offered one (1) replacement order at the cost of additional shipping. If for some reason the replacement order is lost or damaged, the customer will be offered a refund minus the actual cost of shipping.

Multiple Packages or Missing Items

Do to products individual size or weight, some items need to ship separately from others. In these cases, all Tracking numbers will be provided to the customer. If an item is still missing after all packages have been received, please contact the shop owner, so a solution can be quickly made.
